Pennine Mencap

Founded in 2012, Pennine Mencap provides opportunities for adults with learning disabilities in Oldham and Tameside to create, achieve and express themselves. Providing a variety of services and activities to engage those with learning disabled adults, and those with complex needs, helping them to develop skills that bring positive changes to their everyday lives.
